I am a dynamic and pragmatic lawyer with extensive experience across all areas of family law, including property settlements, parenting disputes, child support, spousal maintenance and financial agreements (including pre-nuptial agreements). I specialise in acting for high-net-worth individuals in complex matters involving sophisticated trust and corporate structures, valuation disputes, cross-border issues and third party interests.

I also have a specialised practice in complex parenting matters that involve an international element and have been involved in a number of successful Hague Convention and international relocation matters.

My approach combines empathy and attention to detail with strong technical and commercial skills. I take the time to understand each client's objectives and deliver strategic advice that is bespoke, practical and focused on achieving the best possible outcome.

I recognise that whilst court is sometimes unavoidable, it is rarely the best option. I am collaboratively trained and can offer this as an alternative way for my clients to reach a commercially sound resolution to their dispute at an early stage.
